OF BUSINESS
This
Terms of Business sets out how we will deal with you in the provision
of advice regarding your buy-to-let mortgage needs. It relates
solely to buy-to-let products. The Financial Services Authority
does not regulate buy-to-let mortgages.

We
are a whole-of-market intermediary and will always act on
your behalf. Any recommendation we make to you will be based
on our research into the whole of market.

| YOUR
REQUIREMENTS |
|
We
will make sure that as far as possible, the products and
services we offer you will match your requirements. We will
give you enough information and assistance so that you can
make an informed decision before you make a final commitment.
In order to do this; we may need to identify your needs
by getting the relevant information from you via a fact
find form. We will confirm any recommendation in writing
and you should keep this as a record of the transaction.

| YOUR
OBLIGATIONS |
|
It
is essential that you are aware of your own duty to provide
full details of all factors which a lender may wish to consider
in relation to any mortgage proposal that you make. All
answers given on any proposal form and any other statements
made by you to us are your responsibility.

| SUITABILITY
OF BUY-TO-LET |
|
While
recommending a suitable mortgage for the buy-to-let property,
we are not providing advice on the suitability of a buy-to-let
as an investment.

| FEES
& COSTS |
|
We
are remunerated by Lenders via commission after a mortgage
completes. We do not charge you a fee for our service unless
we have specifically stipulated this and received your agreement
in advance. The specific charge and purpose of any fees
from us will always be advised to you in advance.

| COMPLAINTS |
|
Our
aim is to provide you with a first class professional and
confidential service. However, should you not be satisfied
with this service we have internal procedures for handling
complaints fairly and speedily. If you wish to make a complaint
you should write in the first instance to: The Compliance
Officer, Save On Mortgages, 11a Radford Park Road, Plymstock,
Plymouth PL9 9DG Please note that the Financial Ombudsman
Scheme does not cover buy-to-let.

| CONFIDENTIALITY
& SECURITY |

We
will treat all of your personal information as private and
confidential to us and anyone else involved in providing
you a mortgage even when you are no longer a customer.
In
order to process your application it may be necessary to
disclose your information to third parties who may hold
this information indefinitely. We may also obtain advice
and guidance from professional advisers such as compliance
advisers. On these occasions, you agree that personal information
held by us may be disclosed on a confidential basis and
in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 to such
third parties. You agree that this information may be transferred
electronically e.g. e-mail. You also agree that we, or any
such company, may contact you in future by any means of
communication which we consider appropriate at the time.
Under the terms of the Data Protection Act, you have the
right to view any personal data we may keep on you.
I
understand and consent to the above terms and I hereby authorise
the transfer of information, as describe above, on a confidential
basis when warranted to such authorised companies. I/We
consent to Save On Mortgages contacting me/us at any time
in the future to discuss any products and services that
they believe will be beneficial to me/us, and understand
that this is as part of an ongoing commitment to providing
me/us with a valuable service. I/We also understand that
I/we may cancel this consent at any time by writing to Save
On Mortgages.
